Garages and pit units
In the main building, 12 new-generation pits are built on three levels: a 170m² garage with access to the pit lane and to the paddock, an independent 100m² telemetry area with flat screens, and upstairs reception hospitalities with a private terrace. In the new Pit Building II: five additional garages, commentator cabins the podium area.
Track Video Control Room
Track management and decision centre, computerized and equipped with 34 control screens and two giant screens, bringing together all aspects of control and safety. The track management is in radio contact with all the on-circuit teams (rescue teams and medical team).
Medical Centre
The medical centre is run by a permanent team (doctor in charge, nurse-anesthetist and ambulance crew), and benefits from leading-edge equipment intensive care room, serious burns facility with bath, radiography scanner, examination room, patient-care room with hospital-style beds. The medical team is permanently linked to the Track Video Control Room and is on standby for instant intervention. An “RA” (ressucitating ambulance) intensive-care ambulance is available at all times as well as a helicopter landing zone.
Media Centre
The Media area was designed to host journalists and image professionals. The press room can welcome up to 120 work places, with direct view over the track and the pit lane. They have 24 TV screens to follow the race and Internet Wi-Fi connections. The conference room is flexible and can host up to 70 guests. It is arranged with sound and video equipment.
Panoramic Club Restaurant
Reception and dining area offering a panoramic view over the track and the pit lane. The restaurant is open every day for the circuit’s customers. Its 400-seat restaurant provides an exceptional setting for lunch or dinner. A high-class catering service is provided in the restaurant and in the hospitalities.
