The Circuit Paul Ricard's traditional start-of-season event brought together circuit's clients, partners and journalists for a press conference broadcasted live on the circuit's social media.

Hosted by Bruce Jouanny, the event looked back on an exceptionally successful previous season, the first without a Formula 1 Grand Prix: 268 days of activity on the main track (out of the 305 authorized), 221 events including 30 competitions which entertained 350,000 spectators, and growing profitability for the Circuit Paul Ricard and its subsidiaries Le Castellet International Airport and the Panoramic Club restaurant, with total sales of 30.8 million euros.

Jean Alesi, President of the Circuit Paul Ricard, and Stéphane Clair, CEO, announced a promising season:  "87% of our 2023 track customers will be back this year, which shows that our facilities are a must for national and even international championships, but also a reference for clubs who organize their track days here. It's an increasingly sought-after location for film shoots and vehicle launches, as well as a training and development setting for F1 and GT teams.".

The richness of the circuit's program lies in the variety of events, both sporting and festive: 16 car races, 4 motorcycle competitions, a truck race, 2 karting competitions, a bike race, 9 Sunset bike and run sessions, a slalom, a rally, a music festival and rooftop parties.

Pole position for CSR

The only French circuit and the 2nd in the world to have obtained 3-star environmental certification from the FIA (Fédération Internationale Automobile), the Circuit Paul Ricard has been pursuing a committed CSR strategy for over 15 years, which has inspired event organizers and French circuits alike.

The organizers of events held at the circuit are supported by the Circuit Paul Ricard teams in their sustainable approach. Two events stood out in 2023 by accomplishing the most eco-responsible actions proposed by the circuit's sustainable Event Charter: SRO Motorsport Group (GT World Challenge, SRO Racing Festival, Cursbtone Azur) and ASA Marseille (Sainte-Baume RallyCircuit), winners of the 2023 Circuit Paul Ricard CSR Trophies.
